To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forever Free Pet Registry shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Registry or its services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forever Free Pet Registry, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Registry shall be resolved exclusively through confidential binding arbitration conducted in Los Angeles County, California, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The prevailing party in any arbitration may recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs. Arbitration proceedings may not be consolidated or conducted as a class action.
Nothing in this section limits the right of Forever Free Pet Registry to seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights.
All disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You agree that you will not participate in, or seek to bring, any dispute as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Information collected through the Registry is used primarily to support pet identification and recovery efforts. From time to time, users may receive optional communications related to pet safety, care, or services. Communication preferences may be managed at any time.
Information may be shared with veterinarians, shelters, rescues, or animal control organizations when reasonably necessary to assist in reuniting a lost pet with its owner. Personal information is not sold to third parties.
Forever Free Pet Registry may suspend or terminate access to the Registry at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available under law. Forever Free Pet Registry is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from suspension or termination of access.
Forever Free Pet Registry reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on the website. Changes are effective upon posting.
Your continued use of the Registry after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
